We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, with all labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back to the above address prior to agreeing by us on a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It may up to 7 working days for it to appear in your bank account.

Returns Policy - Pre-loved Designer Items

At the moment we only accept returns if he item/items get damaged in transit (proof on receipt of delivery is required) or/and the item is not as described. In that case it has to be reported to us within 3 calendar days of the delivery date and we need to receive the item back from the buyer within 14 calendar days.

All items have accurate descriptions and pictures, please make sure that you are happy with the item before purchasing it.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our business we are not able to offer exchanges, as most of our goods are single items, in a certain size and condition.

Upon agreeing by us on a return, any items must be returned to the address below at buyer's expense. Buyer needs to make sure that correct value insurance is purchased along with the postage in case of loss or damage. Timeless Wardrobe Online Shop does not take any responsibility for the items in transit returned by the buyer.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
